Harvey Elliott has been one of Liverpool’s best players towards the end of the campaign.

Having only turned 21-years-old back in March, he’s still very young with a bright future ahead of him as one of the best young players in the Premier League.

Yet despite his good form, Elliott hasn’t quite received the acclaim or the hype that Kobbie Mainoo has gotten for example.

The Manchester United midfielder got a call-up to the England senior squad before Elliott.

And now he’s also been nominated to the Premier League Young Player of the season award as well, while Elliott has been omitted.

Elliott has played in a total of 32 games in compared to Mainoo, who has featured in just 21 matches so far in the Premier League this season.
