Liverpool had a classy message for Mohamed Salah after it was confirmed the forward had not won the Ballon d'Or award for 2025.
The Egyptian wasn't even voted for a place inside the top three.
It was a fourth-placed finish for the Liverpool No.11, who contributed a combined 57 goals and assists last season as his team lifted the Premier League trophy.
This is officially the highest Salah has ever finished in the rankings for the individual prize.
The Reds confirmed the news across their social media channels with a first post, but with a follow-up they had the perfect message for Salah, if he had been left downtrodden by the result.
The caption of the post read: "A season to savour from Salah," with a red heart emoji tagged on the end.

It was most poignant on Instagram, where Liverpool to post a carousel of multiple memorable moments from the 33-year-old's exploits during and in the aftermath of the successful 2024/25 campaign.
The first picture was of the Egyptian sitting in front of The Kop at Anfield after the final day of last season.
He has his Premier League winners' medal around his neck, as well as the league trophy, Premier League player of the season award, Golden Boot award, Playmaker award, and the FWA footballer of the year prize laid out in front of him.
The second image showed Salah with his PFA player of the season award, which he collected last month at a ceremony in Manchester.
To follow, several more images displayed the player's celebrations after getting his hands on the Premier League trophy at Anfield, at the various awards ceremonies that he had won throughout the last year, or times he was celebrating goals in matches last season.
