Despite Liverpool’s clearly evident injury crisis over the past few weeks – the Reds have been handed a big boost for the squad ahead of Sunday’s clash against Leicester with both Fabinho and Thiago returning to full training yesterday and refusing to rule them out of the game against the Foxes.

The Foxes are leading the way in the Premier League and have certainly set the pace after the first 8 games – but the possible returns of both Thiago and Fabinho have handed the Reds a real boost ahead of the game.

What do you think Liverpool fans, are you excited by the return of Thiago and Fabinho?

The Brazilian has become quite possibly the best defensive midfielder in the world and his return to the Liverpool starting XI will be invaluable for Klopp if he can be fit for tomorrow.

The pair had both been sidelined for the past few weeks – Spaniard Thiago had been absent since the 2-2 draw with Everton back in October after suffering from a knee issue, with Brazilian Fabinho being sidelined the following 2-0 win against FC Midtjylland in the Champions League with a hamstring issue.

However, Jurgen Klopp announced that the pair were looking good these past few days and said that he will see who is close enough to return to action tomorrow against Brendan Rodgers’ side in the Premier League.

Both Thiago and Fabinho are game-changers in my opinion – Thiago has the ability to turn a game on its head with the click of his fingers and Fabinho can be a real presence in midfield with his hard-tackling style of play in defensive midfield.
