Liverpool AREN'T favourites to win Premier League in 2020/21

Despite storming to the Premier League title this season, Liverpool aren't favourites to defend their crown next year report Oddschecker.

The Reds, priced 3/1 before the start of the season, finally ended their 30-year wait to be crowned champions of England after Man City lost to Chelsea last week.

But despite winning the league with seven games to spare, being 23 points ahead and only losing one game so far, Liverpool are not favourites for next season’s title.

In fact, they are as big as 7/4 to win the 2020/21 Premier League season. However, they are as short as 5/4 with some firms.

Bookmakers still believe Man City have the best chance at winning the title next season, even though they have had an underwhelming 2019/20 campaign.

Several firms make Man City odds-on to regain the title next season, and are as short as 10/11.

You can get them at a best price of 5/4 if you shop around though.

It is tight between the two best teams in the league but bookmakers have taken the view that Man City are still the team to beat.

Chelsea are third-favourites at a best price of 16/1. With some smart transfer business already confirmed and more signings set to come, Frank Lampard’s men are amassing a strong looking squad for the upcoming campaign.

They are as short as 8/1 with one firm so some odds compilers are taking the view they have a solid chance.

Man Utd are fourth-favourites at 25/1, with Tottenham next in the market at 50/1.

Arsenal are 80/1 after a desperately disappointing season thus far and Leicester are a best price of 250/1 to win a second Premier League title, but are as short as 66/1 with some firms.
