Liverpool have named a 29-man squad for their pre-season tour to Hong Kong and Japan.

The Reds began their pre-season games last Sunday with a match against Preston North End.

They also held a behind-closed-door pre-season match at the club’s AXA Training Center today (Sunday) against Stoke City.

The likes of Darwin Nunez, Federico Chiesa and youngster Rio Ngumoha starred in the game, as the Reds beat the Potters 5-1.

Thereafter, Liverpool staff and players departed for their pre-season tour to Asia, which will see Arne Slot’s side face AC Milan and Yokohama F.

The club has now announced the full travelling squad for the Asian tour.

“Liverpool have named a 29-man squad for their pre-season tour to Hong Kong and Japan,” a club statement read.
