Anfield has cemented its reputation as one of the UK’s premier concert venues after hosting a string of sell-out shows throughout the summer of 2025.

Between Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s marathon performances in June, pop sensation Dua Lipa’s chart-topping “Radical Optimism Tour,” and Lana Del Rey’s atmospheric evenings under the floodlights, over 200,000 music fans flocked to the iconic stadium during the summer break.

Local businesses reported a significant boost in footfall, with nearby hotels operating at full capacity and restaurants and bars in Anfield and the surrounding Kensington district enjoying record summer revenues.

Building on this momentum, Liverpool FC today confirmed that platinum-selling rock band My Chemical Romance will headline Anfield on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, as part of their global Black Parade Tour.

This will mark the band’s first UK stadium show in over a decade.

The iconic US rock band, known for hits like ‘Teenagers,’ ‘The Black Parade,’ and ‘I’m Not Okay (I Promise),’ recently announced two shows at Wembley in July 2026, which sold out quickly, leading to the addition of a third night.

The band features vocalist Gerard Way, lead guitarist Ray Toro, rhythm guitarist Frank Iero, and bassist Mikey Way.

Their UK and European leg of the tour kicks off on June 30, 2026, in Liverpool and concludes on July 18 in Madrid, Spain, covering stadiums across several major cities.

Season ticket holders for both the men’s and women’s teams, as well as seasonal hospitality members and All Red Full, Light, and Junior Members, can register interest now for the chance to purchase up to four tickets

The registration window closes at 8 am on Wednesday, September 24, with general sale beginning at 12 pm on Friday, September 26.

Full ticket information can be found on the club’s official site.

For those seeking an elevated concert experience, hospitality packages are on offer through the LFC hospitality team via phone or email.

Liverpool was estimated to earn between £5 million and £10 million from hosting three Taylor Swift concerts in 2024?

By comparison, it is expected the club could generate somewhere in the range of £1.5 million to £3.5 million from the upcoming My Chemical Romance gig next June.

The club will receive a hire fee for Anfield from the concert organizers and is also likely to take a share of merchandise and food sales generated during the event.
