Liverpool have postponed a number of events scheduled for Tuesday to celebrate their Premier League title triumph in the wake of the incident that overshadowed Monday's victory parade.
Forty-seven people were injured when a car drove into a crowd on Water Street that had gathered to celebrate the Reds' record-equalling 20th championship.
Of the 27 who were taken to hospital, two people, including one child, have suffered serious injuries.
A 53-year-old white British man from the Liverpool area has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Staff at Liverpool were due to hold a series of internal events on Tuesday to mark the team's achievement during their first season with Arne Slot in charge as head coach.
However, they were informed on Monday evening those celebrations have now been called off.

In an email seen by BBC News, the club stated they “will continue to offer our full support to the emergency services and local authorities” and encouraged staff “to come together at this time to support each other”.
Liverpool City Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram said he four of people who are in hospital are "very, very ill".

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, he said: “The actual incident in Water Street will live with those people for all the wrong reasons, and that’s where we have to really focus our minds.
"There are still four people who are very, very ill in hospital and we are hoping of course that they pull through very, very quickly.”
