Liverpool are looking to finalize a deal for Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez in the coming days, with the club accelerating their summer business.

According to reports by the Daily Mail, Bournemouth are holding firm on their £45 million valuation.

The club remains optimistic that it can strike a deal for around £40 million.

If completed, the 21-year-old would become Liverpool’s second official signing of the window.

While Fabrizio Romano earlier reported that Liverpool are prepared to seal the deal for Milos Kerkez, with just one more round of talks left to get it over the line.

The famous “Here we go” could be out sooner than expected.

Kerkez may be next in line to join a Liverpool squad already in transition.

Jeremie Frimpong signed with the Reds last week in a £29.5 million deal from Bayer Leverkusen, and sources in Germany claim the Wirtz deal is 99% complete.

The 22-year-old attacking midfielder is reportedly eager to link up with his Leverkusen teammate and head to Anfield this summer.

If both transfers go through, Wirtz would smash Liverpool’s existing transfer record.

Meanwhile, the club has also confirmed the long-expected arrival of goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili.

The club agreed to his £25 million deal last summer, but they’ll count it under this window’s financials.

Together, these moves would bring Liverpool’s total summer outlay to over £200 million.

With big money spent, Liverpool will look to generate revenue through player sales.

So far, the club has earned £10 million from Trent Alexander-Arnold’s move to Real Madrid and £18 million from Caoimhin Kelleher’s switch to Brentford.

Forward Darwin Nunez is expected to depart, and additional sales could include Kostas Tsimikas and potentially rising stars like Harvey Elliott and Jarell Quansah, who are both attracting domestic and international interest.

Luis Diaz is also drawing attention from Al Nassr and Barcelona, though Liverpool have no plans to sell the Colombian winger, who has two years remaining on his current deal.
