Liverpool have now formally reached an agreement with Bournemouth to sign Milos Kerkez this summer.

This is according to the reliable David Ornstein, who has confirmed the news.

Writing for the Athletic, the transfer journalist revealed that the Reds are paying in the region of for the left-back.

He adds that a medical is expected to be done next week:

“Liverpool have reached an agreement with Bournemouth to sign Milos Kerkez in a deal worth around £40million ($54m).”

“A medical is expected to take place next week ahead of the left-back signing a five-year contract at Anfield, with the deal now moving to the paperwork stage following club-to-club agreement.”
