Darwin Nunez feels like the most likely player to exit Liverpool over the next couple of months.

And, although there may have been a fair few options on the table for Nunez to explore at the start of June, it now seems like his options are dwindling.

A whole host of Serie A teams have been touted to have an interest in the Uruguay international, with Napoli leading the way at the moment.

That is according to Italian journalist Matteo Moretto, who, while speaking on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, gave an insight into how things are panning out for Nunez at the moment.

“I told you exclusively how Milan was one of the clubs that asked for information on Darwin Nunez, in addition to Napoli, who is clearly ahead,” he said.

“But De Laurentiis’ club has not yet found the basis for an agreement with Liverpool.

Both Ekitike and Gyokeres have been heavily linked with a move, and the sooner Nunez is sold, the quicker Slot can bring in a new face.
