Liverpool have been warned off making a move for Newcastle United's star striker Alexander Isak.
However, ex-Manchester United and Wrexham shot-stopper Ben Foster has poured cold water on any hopes of Liverpool luring Isak to Anfield.

The former England keeper is adamant that Newcastle will not part ways with their top scorer, who has bagged 23 goals across all competitions this season.
"They will not sell him.
He's been earning glowing reviews of late, especially from Geordie legend Alan Shearer, who branded him "an assassin" – high praise from the club's top scorer.

Confidence in keeping hold of Isak is said to be high in the Newcastle hierarchy, with a hefty new contract potentially on the table.
Ahead of the Carabao Cup final, the striker showed a willingness to enter discussions.
I have said many times I am happy here and we are competing for titles which is what you want as a football player," Isak said.
Fabrizio Romano highlighted the Tyneside outfit's determination to keep their star forward earlier this month.

"(He is) the priority target for Arsenal, but also Liverpool are closely monitoring the situation of Alexander Isak," he said.
"For sure, Liverpool and Arsenal will be in the mix for the player and it really depends on Newcastle and what they want to do in terms of price for the player.
"If you talk to Newcastle today, they insist the player is not for sale, the player is untouchable.
