Liverpool are almost guaranteed to sell some stars and some fans could be left rather disappointed by the end of the transfer window.
Reds fans have had an excellent summer in terms of incomings so far and many will be counting down the days ahead of an exciting season.
However, this emotion could fade quite quickly as outgoings are necessary and Liverpool appear to be ruthless regarding who they do not mind selling.
Harvey Elliott is one of the players who could leave, much to the disappointment of supporters, with the Englishman only starting two Premier League games all of last season.
His excellent performance at the Under 21 European Championships has only drawn in more interest, and his next club now appears obvious after what has just happened.

Domino effects happen every year in football and this summer is no different, with Elliott’s future now perhaps decided due to a transfer soon to happen.
With Mohamed Kudus set for his Tottenham Hotspur medical and move to be confirmed in the near future, West Ham could set their sights on Elliott as a replacement.

The Hammers are rumoured to be one of the teams interested in the 22-year-old, although they will have to fend off strong interest from other Premier League teams, as well as many abroad.
Elliott has been urged to move to West Ham in the past and he would certainly get more game time in East London if he were to depart Anfield, and working with an English manager like Graham Potter might be an attractive prospect.
Liverpool want around £50m for their young talent, but would accept £40m if there was a buy-back clause inserted into his contract, a move that would be incredibly smart from Richard Hughes.
The Hammers are selling Kudus for around £55m to Spurs, showing that they will have the money to facilitate a move, but whether they actually table a bid is yet to be seen.
Almost every Liverpool fan wants Elliott to stay at Liverpool as he is adored by all, but equally they know that he desperately needs minutes for his own career.
However, there is still a slight chance he sticks around for at least another season, although it depends on departures elsewhere.
Luis Diaz looks likely to leave, meaning a vacancy opens up, and with Florian Wirtz capable of playing out wide, this could free up some space in the No.
10 position for Elliott to shine.
But Arne Slot will likely want to use Wirtz in that position, especially after spending £116m to get him, and Dominik Szobozslai is also probably above him in the pecking order anyway.
Elliott could get some game time when Mohamed Salah goes to AFCON, although this will still only be a maximum of seven games, suggesting that even if there is a small chance of minutes, he should probably leave to be the star of another team.
