Bournemouth new signing Ben Doak shared a heartfelt message to supporters after making his debut for the club in difficult circumstances.
Andoni Iraola’s side exited the Carabao Cup following a 2-0 defeat to Brentford, with goals from former Liverpool midfielder Fabio Carvalho and Igor Thiago sealing the win for Keith Andrews’ team.

Despite the switch, Bournemouth were unable to find a response and exited the competition at the second-round stage.
It may not have been the debut he hoped for, but the 19-year-old winger remained upbeat afterwards, posting a message that drew plenty of reaction from both past and present teammates.
