Liverpool may have confirmed the signing of Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, but they are yet to complete one key detail of the transfer.
The Reds announced on Friday that they had completed the signing of Wirtz, who has put pen-to-paper on a long-term contract at Anfield.
It was reported, last week, that Liverpool had agreed a club-record deal to snap-up Wirtz from Leverkusen this summer.
The Reds will pay an initial £100million fee with £16million potentially coming in add-ons.
Wirtz becomes the third signing for Liverpool so far this summer, following the arrivals of Jeremie Frimpong and Hungarian goalkeeper Armin Pecsi.

In the process, the 31-cap Germany player has become the most expensive signing in Anfield history - with the £116million fee potentially breaking the British transfer record, too, if all add-ons are met.
Liverpool released a statement with their announcement confirming the signing of Wirtz.

Part of the statement confirmed that the 22-year-old is yet to be given a squad number, which will be assigned later this summer.
The club have the same plan for Frimpong, who is also yet to be given a squad number at Anfield.
Only time will tell what numbers both Wirtz and Frimpong will be given, with official confirmation likely to come when the club's transfer business becomes more clear.

Liverpool will return to the AXA Training Centre for pre-season training on July 7.
Wirtz, Frimpong and Pecsi are expected to be part of that group - and it's also possible more new signings could be on Merseyside for the first day of preparations for next season.
Milos Kerkez is also close to completing a move to Liverpool.
