The Premier League giants have submitted an improved offer worth €134 million for Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz, as the club pushes to finalise a blockbuster summer signing, as per The Athletic.
This new bid includes €118.7 million up front and another €15.4 million in performance-based add-ons.
