Liverpool target Jeremie Frimpong has offered his support to departing Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah after he completed his move to Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga champions capitalised on the Germany defender's contract expiring and landed their central defensive target on a free transfer.
The social media activity comes amid the wait for the Holland international to complete his move to Liverpool, following reports that he flew into England this week to finalise a deal.
The Reds are expected to complete the move for the defender after the £29million release clause was met for the Leverkusen full-back.
Liverpool, themselves, are in a transfer battle with Bayern as they both wrangle to sign Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz.

Last season's Bundesliga champions, who have appointed Erik ten Hag as Xabi Alonso's successor, may have lost one player to their closest rivals in the table but it appears that Wirtz is edging closer to joining the Reds.
Last week, Bayern president Herbert Hainer admitted that the 22-year-old was "leaning towards Liverpool," but this time around, they completed the signing of Tah from this campaign's runners-up.
Frimpong was among those to like the announcement posted by Bayern after the central defender was unveiled at the German giants.

It followed on from his social media posts after Leverkusen's final day draw with Mainz as he posted an Instagram story bidding farewell to Tah, who was leaving Die Werkself upon the expiry of his contract.
The Holland international is closing in on a move to Liverpool as the Reds look to quickly resolve the full-back issue with Trent Alexander-Arnold leaving the club.
The 26-year-old confirmed towards the end of the season that he would not be extending his contract at Anfield and will subsequently leave on a free, this summer.
In the days after news of interest in Frimpong, Conor Bradley signed a new four-year deal at Anfield.
Christopher Jullien, who played with Frimpong at Celtic, has described a possible move to Liverpool as "crazy" but believes the right-sided Holland international can play for the Reds.
“Wow, that would be crazy,” he told the Celtic Way.
“Yeah, I think that he has the quality for it, though.
“He has shown it at the highest level against big opponents with Leverkusen, and I think he would be up for the challenge.
He’s a really good player.
“He is doing well at Bayer Leverkusen, and I think he will probably do even more at other clubs, because I did see that there were a lot of clubs interested in him.
