Kieran Morrison has been rewarded for his excellent progress at Liverpool by signing a first professional contract with the club.
The 17-year-old midfielder has put pen to paper on a three-year deal with the Reds having shone at the Academy since joining the club from Manchester United.
Morrison, who represents Northern Ireland at youth level, has scored 11 goals and laid on four assists in the Under-18 Premier League North this season, mainly operating off the right flank for Marc Bridge-Wilkinson's side.

During the recent international break, the teenager was one of several academy players called up to train with Liverpool's first team and last weekend scored a game-winning brace against Sunderland's under-18s.
Morrison, who doesn't turn 18 until October, is set to step up to Liverpool's under-21s next season.
