Liverpool have been told they have a player coming through who is like Ollie Watkins and who Jurgen Klopp really loves.

Some of them have since become regular first team players, like Jarell Quansah or Conor Bradley.

He also explained why Jurgen Klopp is absolutely enamoured with him.

“Even when he was in the first team, and look there’s a difference between when you’re dropped into the first team out of nowhere, and people are just like ‘woah who is this guy’ to when you’re part of it and people are like ‘right what are you going to do’?

He’s the one who has maybe along with Bobby Clark, they’re the ones who sort of come up into the first team and Jurgen’s been like ‘pfft we’ll have him.’

“It would be very wise for Liverpool to consider all options around him as opposed to saying ‘right he’s 18 and you know we got this and that.’

“He looks to me like someone that if he got a lucky break, he looks to me like he’s the kind of person who might be able to seize that opportunity in the first team squad.”

Danns is yet to play since coming on very briefly in a last-gasp win over Nottingham Forest back in early March.
