The Premier League season for 2024/25 has officially drawn to a close with Liverpool crowned as champions.

Sunday afternoon saw Virgil van Dijk lift the Premier League trophy - after the Reds were held to a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace in the final match of the season.



Attention will now turn to the summer transfer window - where a host of players are already being linked with moves to Anfield.

Bayer Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz is a target for Liverpool, and the Reds opened talks with the Bundesliga outfit last week in the hope of agreeing a deal.

Wirtz's Leverkusen teammate, Jeremie Frimpong, is also a player of interest to Liverpool and he's already thought to have completed a medical ahead of a £30million move to Merseyside.

Bournemouth defender Milos Kerkez also continues to be linked with a move to Liverpool and could be the club's new left-back if a deal is agreed ahead of next season.

A host of other names should also be linked with moves to Liverpool over these next few days and weeks as the summer transfer window fast approaches.
