Liverpool of course faces Brighton today, and Arne Slot's team has just been confirmed, with a first Premier League start for Federico Chiesa.

Liverpool open to Quansah move
Liverpool is open to letting Jarell Quansah leave the club on loan this summer, according to Football Insider.
It's claimed that a number of Premier League clubs are interested in the 22-year-old, although Liverpool still believes he has a long-term future at Anfield.
Therefore, a loan could be on the table, with Newcastle said to be among those interested.

Jorrel Hato plan
Jorrel Hato is being viewed as an alternative to Milos Kerkez should Liverpool not strike a deal for the Bournemouth defender, according to Sky Germany's Florian Plettenberg.
The Reds are said to be in contact with Kerkez, and are 'determined' to make him their new left-back.
However, should a deal not go through, then Ajax star Hato is on the club's list as another potential option.

Klopp 'contact' for Xavi Simons
Jurgen Klopp may have been contacted by Liverpool as RB Leipzig's Xavi Simons is eyed up as the Reds' next signing, according to TBR Football.
It's suggested that the former Liverpool boss may have been spoken to in his new role with Red Bull, while the Reds have also spoken to Ryan Gravenberch about his international teammate.
Liverpool is said to like Simons "a lot", and feels that he could help replace some of the creativity being lost through Alexander-Arnold's exit.

Man City drops out of Florian Wirtz race
Liverpool may have just had the path to Florian Wirtz cleared after Manchester City withdrew from the race to sign the Bayer Leverkusen star this summer.
According to BBC Sport, City has withdrawn its initial interest in Wirtz, owing to fears over the “soaring costs” of any potential deal.
It’s claimed that signing Wirtz would represent the biggest deal in City’s history, reaching as much as $337 million (€300M) including transfer fees and wages.
City is worried that the deal has been over-inflated, which may well prove to be a concern for Liverpool as well.
