Florian Wirtz is reportedly ready to fly to Liverpool to complete his transfer from Bayer Leverkusen.

The Reds submitted a $147 million offer for Wirtz in Friday after edging out Bayern Munich in the race to sign the Germany international.

If and when Liverpool and Leverkusen come to an agreement over a transfer fee, Wirtz will be authorized by his current club to travel to Merseyside to undergo a medical.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reported on his YouTube channel that the player is ready to make the journey to England.

The player has an agreement with Liverpool, the player wants to go to Liverpool.
