Liverpool have unveiled their new home and away kits for the new season as they collaborate with adidas for the first time in 13 years.
As is tradition, the home colours are red from top to toe, said to present “the club’s DNA in its purest form” with a dark strawberry red colourway and the classic Liver Bird crest.
The away colours are “a cream off-white base with black and red detailing.”
The crest on the away kit this season sits inside a shield, which takes “inspiration from the main stand at the original Anfield stadium from 1906”.
Featured in the kit launch is new record signing Florian Wirtz, who joined from Bayer Leverkusen earlier this summer in a deal worth £116million.
Liverpool have used the kit launch to also confirm the shirt numbers of all their summer arrivals, including Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez, Jeremie Frimpong and Giorgi Mamardashvili.
Wirtz will wear the No7, most recently vacated by Luis Diaz, while Ekitike will don the No22.
Mamardashvili gets No25.

Other members of the squad have also changed shirt numbers, with Conor Bradley now No12, having previously been No84, to represent his new standing in the first-team squad.
