Liverpool's British-record deal for Alexander Isak has been called out by Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, who believes Chelsea have got much greater value by signing Joao Pedro and Alejandro Garnacho.
The Reds had to spend £125million to get the Swede out of Newcastle following a summer-long saga.
In west London though Chelsea spent £60m to get Pedro, who was linked to Newcastle, from Brighton.

The Brazilian had impressed at Watford and then the Seagulls and it became clear he was poised to move on.
He is equally capable of playing deeper, adding to his versatility, and Hasselbaink believes his fee will age well.
Hasselbaink was quizzed on whether Chelsea had got the better deal with Pedro when compared to Liverpool with Isak.
9 and we have seen that, but Isak is a totally different player.
"Pedro has come in and it’s not fazed him.
He added: "He’s got lots of games in the Premier League, and they only paid £40million for him.
"If you look at Elanga or Isak and a lot of other players, the big money that they have gone for, Chelsea have done some really great business for Garnacho."
Isak scored his first goal for the Reds in midweek as he notched against Southampton in the Carabao Cup, but he is yet to find the net in the Premier League or Champions League.
The Swede had a disrupted pre-season and has been eased in by Arne Slot, but is now poised for another chance against Crystal Palace on Saturday due to Hugo Ekitike's suspension.
The Frenchman has enjoyed an electric start to life in Liverpool with his goals causing a selection headache for Slot.
It remains to be seen how he plans to utilise all of his summer signings - and who could ultimately miss out.
Hasselbaink did also praise Isak as his pick for the Premier League's most exciting striker at present.
