Liverpool definitely have a busy summer ahead of them, with the transfer window likely to take centre stage for the next few months. The Reds will be busy preparing the squad for their Premier League title defence next term while also holding ambitions of achieving success in the Champions League.
Jeremie Frimpong has already been confirmed as a new signing for Liverpool, with the club agreeing a £29.5million deal for the defender from Bayer Leverkusen.
That will not be the only piece of transfer business that the Reds will complete this window, though, with a host of other deals expected to get over the line in the not-too-distant future.

Here, the ECHO takes a look at the jobs that Liverpool have on their hands during the summer transfer window.
1) Sign Wirtz and Kerkez
Liverpool have already gone into the market for one new signing, but they will hope to have more through the door by the time the new season rolls around. Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez are targets for Liverpool, with talks underway to get deals over the line for both players.
The Reds are in talks to sign Wirtz from Leverkusen, while also recently stepping up their interest in Kerkez. Given the importance the duo would have in the squad, Liverpool would be wise to get these deals completed as soon as possible.
2) Agree Ibrahima Konate contract
Another topic that often goes under the radar during a transfer window is contract extensions. With that in mind, it's worth remembering that Ibrahima Konate's contract at Anfield expires at the end of next season.
Liverpool will not want to be in the same situation as this summer, where Trent Alexander-Arnold's contract runs down. The Reds would be wise to try and get an agreement over the line for Konate to sign an extension and put an end to speculation that he could leave as a free agent.
3) Raise funds through departures
With Liverpool looking to spend heavily in the transfer market this summer, that may also require the club to let some players leave. The Reds have already agreed deals for Alexander-Arnold and Caoimhin Kelleher that reach a total of £28million for the duo.
The likes of Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz, Harvey Elliott and Kostas Tsimikas have all been linked with exits this summer. While Liverpool will not want a mass exodus in one summer, it would not be unlikely if the club were to agree to sanction the exits of a host of first-team stars by the time September rolls around.
4) Sign a new striker
If Liverpool were to allow one of Nunez or Jota to leave the club, a replacement would need to be found. Who that player is, only those within the Anfield hierarchy will know the answer.
A host of names have already been linked with the Reds, including Hugo Ekitike, Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko, amongst others. Only time will tell, though, if Liverpool will actually go into the market for a new centre forward before the September 1 deadline.
5) Sign a new centre-back
Even though Liverpool managed to agree a new contract for Virgil van Dijk, they would be wise to look ahead to the future, as well as the present
The Reds have not been linked with many centre-backs this summer, but it's a position in the squad that may need addressing.
With Konate in the last year of his contract, Jarell Quansah in the early stages of his career and Joe Gomez recovering from a lengthy injury absence, Liverpool be smart to be looking at the market for a new central defender
Whether that player goes on to be Van Dijk's long-term replacement or a reliable starter alongside the Dutchman, that would be up to the club to decide.
