Liverpool are only willing to sell Harvey Elliott for a hefty transfer fee with another Premier League club believed to be weighing up a potential move.
Elliott has been the subject of transfer speculation over the last few months despite being tied down until the summer of 2027.
They are keen admirers of Elliott and there is optimism that a deal can be done, according to the Daily Mail.
However, it is claimed the Hammers will need to pay a significant transfer fee to sign Elliott this summer.
The young playmaker was involved for the Young Lions alongside Elliott as they secured continental glory last month.
