Liverpool star Luis Diaz has confirmed he remains in talks with the club over his future.

Earlier in the summer it was said that Bayern director of sport Max Eberl made an approach and was told by the Premier League champions that the club will not enter into discussions for Diaz.

But speculation over potential moves has not halted.



And despite scoring 17 goals last year as Liverpool won the title in Arne Slot's first season with the club, Diaz has yet to commit to a future with the Reds.

The former Porto star is in no rush to give anything away either.

“We’re there talking with the management, we’re calm where I am.

The Premier League winner was recently taken to task by Colombian influencer Mauricio Gomez in his homeland

"We’re there, negotiating," Diaz offered on that occasion.

We’ll try to do our best and make the best decision."

Asked about interest from Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, he added: "We’re in the process of negotiations, talking with the club, with Liverpool, with everyone who’s approaching us.
