Luis Diaz has expressed his satisfaction at leaving Liverpool with his "duties fulfilled", having departed Anfield as a Premier League champion.
The Colombian winger finalised his £65.5million transfer to Bayern Munich today, signing a four-year contract with the Bundesliga titans.
Diaz, 28, moved to the Reds from Porto for an initial £37m in January 2022 and netted 41 goals in 148 appearances.
He won two League Cups, the FA Cup and the Premier League during his tenure at the club.
The deal could potentially boost their summer spending, with Newcastle striker Alexander Isak being a clear target.

Diaz has been a standout player for the Reds, but after two failed attempts to agree on a new contract, he decided to move on given he turns 29 in January.
With two years remaining on his current contract, the Colombian player felt it was the right time to move on.
