Liverpool have sold well over £200m worth of players this summer.
The Reds have had a rather extraordinary summer in the transfer market, with there being huge change across the first-team squad.
They spent almost £450m, but they also sold very well, meaning that instead of adding a lot of quality, they have mainly just replaced.
Some of the players they let go were very ruthless decisions too, with Arne Slot certainly not messing around as he looks to retain the Premier League title.
Of course, almost every player will be a huge miss but some will be more than others due to their previous contributions, and Alisson Becker believes there are two in particular who will be sorely missed.

No matter who stayed or who left this summer, all of them are able to call themselves a Premier League champion.
They were all important to the team in their own right, but the ones who were sold for big money show that they were perhaps some of the most integral to the team.
This is something goalkeeper Alisson believes too, with the Brazilian saying that Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez are the two players Liverpool may miss most.

“All the players who left were important,” Alisson said to ESPN SportsCenter.
“Lucho [Luis Diaz], Darwin [Nunez], they all made a difference for us with goals or their playing, fighting, defending.

“They had good energy, and we miss them.
It’s clear we want to improve because we need to; we have many competitions to play.”
Both players came up with some important goals during their Anfield careers, but based on the transfer fees they commanded, it seems like the right decision to let them go.
Despite losing two very key players, Liverpool have recruited so well that their attack is still very strong.
By signing Alexander Isak, they have recruited one of the best number nines in world football, with his clinical ability meaning he should have the edge on Nunez.
Hugo Ekitike is another excellent addition and his versatility will come in handy, especially as the Reds did not find a direct replacement for Diaz.
Time will have to tell, but with all things considered, Liverpool may not miss Diaz and Nunez as much as Alisson perhaps thinks.
