Man United fans have urged the club to include Rasmus Hojlund in a swap deal following a fresh update.
Ruben Amorim is overseeing an attacking overhaul at Old Trafford this summer, after Man United ended last season with the fifth-worst attacking record in the Premier League, managing just 44 goals across the campaign.
Hojlund struggled to make an impact during his second season at the club, scoring only four league goals and providing a single assist.
Football Insider revealed Man United are now open to offers for Hojlund, although any sale would likely mean taking a substantial loss on their initial £72 million investment.
The Red Devils have already strengthened their forward line with the signings of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo, but Amorim is still pushing for a more traditional number nine.
Now, a potential deal for a priority target could be made significantly easier after a recent update.

Fabrizio Romano revealed on his latest Here We Go Podcast that including Hojlund in a deal for Benjamin Sesko would be the “perfect solution” for RB Leipzig, as he will be a like-for-like replacement.

He also reported that Leipzig have requested Hojlund be part of the deal, though the Danish striker is not actively pushing to leave United.
Reports have suggested Sesko has now emerged as Man United’s top striker target for the remainder of the window as they look to bolster their attacking options.
The 22-year-old had an impressive season in Germany, netting 21 goals and registering six assists in all competitions.
Football Insider previously reported that Arsenal had also shown interest in Sesko, but ultimately turned their attention to Viktor Gyokeres after Leipzig refused to budge on their £70 million valuation.

While the Red Devils are yet to formally respond, previous reports suggest Sesko would prefer a move to Old Trafford, potentially giving United the upper hand in negotiations.
Now, with Leipzig open to including Hojlund in a deal, fans have urged the club to act swiftly.
One supporter commented, “Let’s do this swap ASAP” while another added, “Accept before they change their mind!”
