A man has been detained by police after a car drove through a crowd of Liverpool fans during their Premier League trophy parade.
The incident is said to have occurred at around 6pm as Reds fans took to the city streets to celebrate their 20th league title.

One horrific video on social media shows the vehicle colliding with Liverpool supporters before eventually coming to a halt.
"We are currently dealing with reports of an RTC in Liverpool city centre," a statement from Merseyside Police read.
"We were contacted at just after 6pm today, Mon 26 May, following reports a car had been in collision with a number of pedestrians on Water Street.
The car stopped at the scene and a male detained."
North West Ambulance service also said: "NWAS is supporting an incident in Liverpool city centre, following reports of a road traffic collision.
"Our priority is to ensure people receive the medical help they need as quickly as possible.
"Updates will be published on this page and Mersey Police as we know more."
"We are currently liaising with Merseyside Police regarding an incident on Water Street in the city centre," Liverpool City Council added.

However, it is unclear as to how many people were on Water Street at the same time as the incident.
The number of injuries is also unclear at this time.
Monday's incident will have marred what was a celebratory day for Liverpool after their Premier League title win.
They finished ten points clear of second-placed Arsenal with a 1-1 draw at home to Crystal Palace on the final day of the season.
