It seems Liverpool FC have some competition for Milos Kerkez in the form of rivals Manchester City
The 21-year-old Hungarian international has emerged as the Reds’ top target for the left-back position, with Bournemouth valuing him at around £45–50 million.
Milos Kerkez’s switch to agent Fali Ramadani – who oversaw Federico Chiesa’s transfer to Liverpool in 2024 – could make negotiations for a potential move to Anfield more straightforward.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth owner Bill Foley has already stated he won’t block any players from leaving this summer, with the club needing to sell some squad members to meet FFP requirements.
But now Mark Douglas of the iPaper has claimed that it will not be straightforward for the Reds, reporting:
“Manchester City want Bournemouth’s £45m-rated left-back Milos Kerkez – setting up a potential transfer battle with fellow suitors Liverpool.”
“The Reds have long been considered the frontrunners to sign the Hungary international, who is viewed as a potential successor to the experienced Andy Robertson.”
“But it is understood that City have made enquiries and are now viewed as genuine rivals for his signature.”
