Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic “will go to England” with Manchester United the top suitors for the centre-back, claims a report in Italy.

Milenkovic, 23, was regularly named as a target for United in July 2019, before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer turned to Harry Maguire.



That of course means that Fiorentina will have just one summer transfer window left to cash in on the defender.



And a move will enable Fiorentina to go after Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.



The Serbia international is a man in demand with his contract running out in 2022.

Tottenham and Liverpool have been mentioned as suitors for the defender more recently, although La Nazione (via Inside Futbol) insist United’s interest remains.

United are understood to be ready to pay a combined fee of around £750,000 for the young trio.
