Chelsea players were quick to share their reaction online after the club announced a new signing’s long-awaited arrival.
The Blues have been busy once again this summer, with a number of incomings and outgoings as the squad continues to undergo major changes under the current regime.
Their focus has largely been on bolstering the attack, with Chelsea confirming deals for Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens.
At the same time, the squad has seen several exits, with the likes of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Noni Madueke and Joao Felix among those to leave Stamford Bridge.
Now, the club have confirmed the arrival of another new signing that has been long-anticipated, which sparked reaction from teammates across social media.

Chelsea officially confirmed the arrival of Estevao this week, marking the end of a long wait since the youngster was first signed back in 2024.
Due to age restrictions, the Brazilian was unable to join the squad immediately and instead remained on loan at Palmeiras for the 2024/25 campaign.
Now, with the new season fast approaching, the winger has finally linked up with the squad in West London.

Despite only having one full senior season under his belt, Estevao made a strong impression at Palmeiras, directly contributing to 17 goals across all competitions.
Chelsea have invested heavily in young South American talent in recent windows, with Estevao following in the footsteps of Andrey Santos and Kendry Paez.
With Madueke completing a move to Arsenal earlier this summer, there could be a clear pathway for the Brazilian to compete for minutes on the right flank.
However, how he fits into Enzo Maresca’s plans remains to be seen

Even with Estevao’s arrival, the Blues show no signs of slowing down in the transfer market.
According to former Manchester United chief scout Mick Brown, he told Football Insider that Chelsea are pushing to sign Alejandro Garnacho before the transfer window closes.
The winger’s future at Old Trafford has come under increasing doubt following a reported falling-out with Ruben Amorim, and is expected to leave.
While there has been interest from clubs abroad, Football Insider revealed that Garnacho is keen to remain in the Premier League, and Chelsea are now said to be advancing in talks to make that happen.
