Liverpool target Marc Guehi remained tight-lipped on his future after scoring during Crystal Palace's 3-0 win at Aston Villa.

The Reds have been heavily linked with a move for the 25-year-old England international and made an improved £35 million bid for the player on Saturday.

After holding club-to-club talks earlier this month, Arne Slot's side decided to lodge a straight offer to Palace which has remained on the table.



The former Chelsea centre-back impressed and scored a wondergoal as the Eagles ran out comfortable winners in the West Midlands, with Palace inclduing him as the focus of their pre-match team news graphic in a clear message.



After the game, Guehi was asked about playing for Palace, his future and his overall mindset amid speculation about a potential departure and a late summer move to Liverpool.

He told Sky Sports: "I am OK.
