Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Mido has echoed advice he once gave to the club to sign Mohamed Salah by offering guidance to Spurs to secure the services of Omar Marmoush.

Marmoush began his football journey in Egypt back in 2016 with Premier League side Wadi Degla.

Making a mark in his debut season, he netted three goals before making a significant move to Europe, joining Wolfsburg.

His time in the Bundesliga has been marked by impressive performances, sparking interest from Premier League clubs for a potential big-money transfer.

Initially, Marmoush honed his skills in Germany with the reserves and youth teams for three years before making his Bundesliga debut in May 2020, contributing to a 4-1 away victory against Bayer Leverkusen.
