Milos Kerkez has issued a "disappointing" message ahead of what is expected to be his Premier League debut for Liverpool this week.
The Reds will take on AFC Bournemouth on Friday night at Anfield as they begin their league title defence.
Arne Slot's side were handed an early blow to their preparations for the top-flight opener after their defeat in the Community Shield on Sunday.
The Reds were held to a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium, but lost 3-2 in the subsequent penalty shootout, as the season's first trophy went to the Londoners.
Kerkez made his competitive debut for Liverpool in the defeat at Wembley.

The left-back joined the Reds earlier this summer - in a £40million transfer from Bournemouth - while he will now prepare to take on his former employers later this week.
Ahead of the fixture, Kerkez took to social media to issue a message to his 1.3 million Instagram followers.
"Disappointing outcome but we move on together," wrote Kerkez on social media platform Instagram.

"Back in Anfield on Friday night!"
Kerkez was not the only player to make their debut for Liverpool at Wembley on Sunday.
Hugo Ekitike, Jeremie Frimpong and Florian Wirtz all started the fixture alongside Kerkez and will be looking to do so, again, when they take on the Cherries on Friday night.
Ekitike and Frimpong did enjoy Sunday's Community Shield from a personal point of view - after they each scored their first goals for Liverpool following their arrivals from the Bundesliga.
