Liverpool have reportedly been named as Bournemouth full-back Milos Kerkez's 'priority' destination.
Another summer transfer saga is stirring, with rivals Manchester City and Real Madrid both involved in the situation, according to reports.
The ECHO reported that Kerkez, 21, has admirers at Liverpool following his impressive season with current club Bournemouth.
During his second campaign in the Premier League, Kerkez has made 37 appearances with two goals and five assists to his name, with his team set to complete their highest-ever top-flight finish this coming weekend.
Links to the fullback come as no surprise due to the fact sporting director Richard Hughes previously bought the Hungarian for Bournemouth during his spell at his previous employers.
Current first-choice left-back Andy Robertson's Liverpool contract is also set to expire next summer and Kostas Tsimikas has recently been linked with a move away from the club in the upcoming window.

On the opposite flank Liverpool are set to reinforce with the arrival of Jeremie Frimpong, expected to be tied up with his £30m release clause making the process around the Dutchman an easy one.
But in Kerkez's case a buyer must give into the Cherries' demands, with The Times reporting in March that a £45m price tag has ben placed on the player.
What could also make the operation more challenging is outside competitors, with Man City and Real both recently named suitors by The i Newspaper.

However, according to David Ornstein of The Athletic, there may be little to fear as he claims Kerkez has set Merseyside as his 'priority' this summer.
Whereas the full-back is described as a 'top target' for Anfield chiefs, those from Manchester and Madrid are said to see him as as an 'option'.
But in this update it is said that the saga is 'not done', and club-to-club discussions are not advanced at this early stage.
That could very well gain traction once the window opens on June 1.

Kerkez recently liked a social media post discussing the fact that he is a target for Liverpool, ramping up rumours about a potential summer move to Anfield.
