Dominik Szoboszlai hit the club gym this morning and didn’t miss the opportunity to take a shot at Salah, whose physique and fitness levels have been lauded by Liverpool fans.
Indeed, fans responded by praising the star’s dedication with another Premier League golden boot now within his grasp.
“That’s dedication, and he is 33,” said @MalikFaiz58244.
“Wish some of our injury-prone players could work on their physique and show the same dedication to want to be the best.
“Work after work,” said @mubianakalaluk9m while @dwiANTI joked: “Dom thinks he can beat Mo when it comes to gym session.
@Burning Asphalt added: “He actually thought he had him for a second.”
Liverpool still have four league games to play this season, starting with a trip to Chelsea on Sunday.
Salah currently leads the scoring charts on 28 goals, with Newcastle’s Alexander Isak closest to him on 22.
