His 84th minute strike was Salah's 29th league goal of the season as he tightened his grip on the Golden Boot.
The goal also takes the Egyptian's tally of goal contributions in the league to 47 this term.
Salah has also provided 18 assists for his team-mates in 38 appearances across the Reds' title-winning campaign.
In doing so, he equals the record held by Alan Shearer and Andy Cole for the most goal involvements in a single Premier League season.
The pair have shared the record for three decades after Shearer's 47 goals and assists for Blackburn during the 1994/95 season.
Cole had previously achieved the tally for Newcastle during the previous campaign.
He did so with 34 goals and 13 assists in 40 league appearances for the Magpies.
Meanwhile, Shearer had the same record in two more matches a year later.

As well as equalling the record, Salah has wrapped up his fourth Premier League golden boot.
His 29 league efforts sees him finish six goals clear of Newcastle's Alexander Isak.

The 32-year-old had previously claimed the award in the 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2021/22 campaigns.
It means he is also now level with Thierry Henry for the most Premier League Golden Boots.
Henry claimed four with Arsenal including three in a row between 2004 and 2006.
Salah had already surpassed the Frenchman's overall top-flight goal tally as he closes in on the all-time top four.
It completed a hat-trick of award wins after being named the Premier League Player of the Season.
He has also scooped the Playmaker award for having the most assists in the league, the second time he has won the award alongside the Golden Boot.

No player in Premier League history had previously won all three awards in a single campaign.
As a result of Salah's latest strike against Palace, the Liverpool hero sits in fifth spot in the all-time scoring standing with 186 goals in 301 appearances in the competition.
Cole sits one goal ahead on 187, whilst Wayne Rooney is third in the all-time standings with 208 strikes.
Salah still has some way to go to break Shearer's record of 260, though.
However, another 29-goal haul next term would also surpass Harry Kane, who is in second place with 213 Premier League goals.
