Liverpool star Mohamed Salah offered an insight into his Premier League preparations as the Reds path for successfully defending their crown became clear.
Days after Dominik Szoboszlai fired a tongue-in-cheek quip at the Egyptian talisman, the 33-year-old posed for a snap after being put through his paces.
The Egypt captain now knows that the upcoming African Cup of Nations could force him to sit out of the reverse leg against Arsenal should they progress beyond the group stages.
He is likely to miss clashes against Tottenham Hotspur, Wolves and Leeds United during a relentless 10-day Christmas period.
Salah will be hoping to make an equally blistering start to the new campaign, after sweeping the personal accolades on course to firing Liverpool to the Premier League title.

Throughout the off-season, he has kept fans up to date with his downtime and fitness regime with his activity on social media.
Coincidentally, around the same time that supporters learned that Liverpool would be kicking off their campaign against AFC Bournemouth, Salah posed for a snap which he shared on his Instagram story.
The forward appeared to be working hard in the gym as he eyes more success with the Reds next term.

The 33-year-old's early season heroics teed him up nicely to break top-flight records, as well as equalling Andy Cole and Alan Shearer's record for most goal involvements in a season - landmarks that were achieved during the Premier League's 42-game season during its early years.
Salah, who signed a new two-year deal at the end of last season, will be looking to silence sceptics as he appears to enter the latter stages of his career.
The forward faced leaving Anfield on a free transfer despite leading the golden boot and most assists for the season with Saudi Arabia a possible destination.
Salah recently admitted that it was a possibility he could move to the Middle East but he felt he had more to give in Europe's top divisions.
"I thought it was a good opportunity.
My contract was up at Liverpool, and I would have gone to Saudi, but we finalised the deal with Liverpool," he said.
"And I still have a good relationship with them and I always stay in contact with them.
Yes, we were talking to each other.
"I don't know what is going to happen, but I am happy here in Liverpool and I am staying here for the next two years.
"Then I will see what I will do next.
