Mohamed Salah has issued a message to Trent Alexander-Arnold after he announced he is set to leave Liverpool at the end of the season.

The England star is now expected to follow in the footsteps of Michael Owen and Steve McManaman by trading Anfield for Real Madrid.
He confirmed his departure from Anfield on Monday, describing it as "was easily the hardest decision I've ever made in my life" during an emotional interview.
The right-back's announcement was met with mixed feelings from Liverpool fans - understandably, many were angry about losing a player on a free who came through the ranks and claimed every possible trophy since his debut in October 2016.
Despite the backlash, Jordan Henderson, Andy Robertson, Dominik Szoboszlai, Curtis Jones and other past and present team-mates of his have sent him messages of support.
Salah joined the chorus of well-wishers on Monday night, reflecting on his eight years playing alongside Alexander-Arnold.
In an Instagram post, he wrote: "It's been a pleasure sharing a special friendship with you and playing alongside you.
I wish you the best and I am sure we will meet again."
Salah’s career trajectory at Liverpool took off simultaneously as Alexander-Arnold was cementing his place in the first team, leading to a successful partnership that saw them clinch numerous titles including the Champions League and Premier League.
Though speculation mounted about Salah's future with his contract winding down, the Egyptian forward quashed rumours by committing to a new deal at Liverpool last month, locking him in until the end of the 2026-27 campaign.
With the Reds having already secured the league title, they now look to close out an impressive season against in style against Arsenal, Brighton and Hove Albion, and Crystal Palace.
