It was after the final day of the season, which saw Liverpool beat Wolves in Jurgen Klopp's final match as manager, that Salah posted a message issuing a promise to Reds supporters.
"We know that trophies are what count and we will do everything possible to make that happen next season," wrote Salah on X, formerly known as Twitter, in May last year.
"Our fans deserve it and we will fight like hell."
With Liverpool now officially being confirmed as Premier League champions, the message from Salah almost 12 months ago has resurfaced across social media.
After the win over Tottenham on Sunday, the Reds No.11 acknowledged his previous post by captioning it with a wink face emoji.
