The summer transfer window hasn’t officially opened, yet that hasn’t stopped Liverpool from moving fast to secure some exciting deals.
Having lifted the Premier League trophy at long last on Sunday, Liverpool are close to signing Jeremie Frimpong and Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, with the latter expected to cost the Reds a club-record fee.
With Arne Slot’s side moving at breakneck speed to get these two deals over the line as soon as possible, Liverpool are wasting no time in adding to their squad for the new season, with Frimpong and Wirtz two additions that will greatly improve the squad for next campaign.
And Fabrizio Romano has now shared that a third player could soon be heading to Liverpool having agreed to personal terms.

Speaking to GiveMeSport, Romano revealed that Liverpool have reached an agreement with Milos Kerkez on personal terms, with the Reds now ready to sit down with AFC Bournemouth to agree on a transfer fee with the defender.
Kerkez has been strongly linked with a move to Liverpool in recent weeks with the 21-year-old fullback enjoying a breakout year with the Cherries in the Premier League, with the youngster expected to become Andy Robertson’s long-term replacement at Anfield.
And a deal to bring the defender to Merseyside could be close to completion, with Romano saying about Liverpool’s pursuit for Kerkez: “My information is that Kerkez already has an agreement on personal terms with Liverpool, it’s just about some small details to be clarified.
“Then, Liverpool are in contact with Bournemouth, Liverpool are still working on this one.
So not only Wirtz, not only Frimpong, they are also in active conversations for Kerkez, and this week the conversations will continue to get the deal done.”
