Newcastle striker Alexander Isak has been linked with a sensational move to Liverpool this summer.
Liverpool hold a long-standing interest in the Sweden international and are monitoring his situation.
Isak is, meanwhile, said to be exploring moves away from Newcastle at this stage of the summer transfer window.
However, they reportedly are interested in several other strikers as they continue trying to strengthen their squad after qualifying for the Champions League.

The Times are the latest national newspaper to claim they are targeting Benjamin Sesko.
Newcastle are said to have extensively scouted the Slovenia international and received positive reports.
However, there is an acknowledgement that it is unclear whether they would meet the reputed £70million asking price of RB Leipzig before resolving the Isak situation.

Arsenal have shown interest in Sesko before turning their attention to Viktor Gyokeres.
Joao Pedro is another player that Newcastle pursued only to miss out, with Chelsea signing the Brazil international from Brighton & Hove Albion.
The North East club are now said to have a strong interest in another Premier League centre-forward.
Wolverhampton-based newspaper The Express & Star suggests they are admirers of Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen, while Newcastle are said to be considering a move, but doing so depends on potential departures.
The publication also states that there is an understanding that Newcastle could move for multiple forwards if Isak leaves, with Larsen one of several options.
They have already made a £25million offer for Yoane Wissa, which Brentford turned down, wanting £40million.
