Swedish professional football side Orebro SK have completed the signing of a Liverpool goalkeeper.

This summer has witnessed a few changes at Anfield, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.

One area of the squad that has experienced many changes is the club’s goalkeeping department.

So far, Liverpool have added three new goalkeepers to the squad, while there have been a few exits also from that department.

Although Giorgi Mamardashvili was signed last summer, he only joined the club’s first-team setup this summer, having spent last season on loan at Valencia.

Armin Pecsi and Freddie Woodman were also signed by the club this summer, with the trio joining established No.

1 Alisson Becker in the goalkeeping department.

Meanwhile, on the flip side, Liverpool sold Caoimhin Kelleher to Brentford, while Vít?zslav Jaroš and Harvey Davies were allowed to leave on loan.

Another permanent goalkeeping exit has now been confirmed, as Jakub Ojrzynski has officially signed for Swedish side Orebro SK.

Ojrzynski joined Liverpool in 2019 and featured in a Premier League squad in the 2020/21 season in Jurgen Klopp’s tenure at the club, although he didn’t make an appearance for the first team that day.

But after failing to land a first-team role in his time at Liverpool, the Pole was released at the end of last season when his contract with the club expired.

He has now secured a permanent move to the Swedish club.

The club’s Sports Director Enes Ahmetovic announced the move in a statement which said: “It feels good to welcome ‘Kuba’ to OSK.

He is a big guy at 196 centimetres, but despite his height, he is very athletic.”

The player added: “I am very excited to come to OSK and can’t wait to meet and start the hard work with my teammates, coaches and everyone at the club.

I don’t really like to talk myself up, but I am looking forward to the challenge we have ahead of us and hope that I can show all my supporters my best qualities on the pitch.”
