Paddy Pimblett has revealed it is his dream to win the UFC lightweight title at Anfield and celebrate alongside Liverpool stars Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah.
The 30-year-old extended his winning streak in the UFC to seven when he defeated Michael Chandler by TKO at UFC 314 in April.
Since then, Pimblett has climbed up to ninth in the lightweight rankings and has his eyes set on a bout with No.
3-ranked contender Justin Gaethje later this year.
If Pimblett were to emerge victorious from a bout with the American, then he would almost certainly be next in line for a shot at the lightweight title.

Ilia Topuria and Charles Oliveria are set to fight for the 155-pound title at UFC 317 later this month after Islam Makachev vacated the belt to move up to the welterweight division.
Last October, Pimblett, who will be in attendance at the T-Mobile Arena later this month, told the ECHO that it is his dream to fight for the lightweight title in 2026.

Now, though, the Huyton-born star has detailed that dream further and revealed he would love to win the championship at Anfield, the home of his beloved Liverpool FC.
Speaking to TNT Sport about the possibility of one day fighting in the 60,000-capacity stadium, Pimblett said: "In the stadium with Virgil and Salah; one of them has got hold of the Premier League, one of them has got hold of the Champions League and I'm stood there with the UFC belt over my shoulder.
"Now that's what dreams are made of."
Liverpool head into the 2025/26 season as Premier League champions.
In the Champions League, meanwhile, they will look to better their round-of-16 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in March.
Pimblett shared an emotional message after Arne Slot's side rubber-stamped their status as Premier League winners.

"Got to watch the Reds become Premier League champions with my little angels last night," Pimblett wrote on Instagram after Liverpool were officially confirmed as champions last month.
"What a season we’ve had cannot wait to watch us be crowned champions and lift the Prem with my dad in a few weeks we’ve been waiting a lifetime for this it’s going to be emotional."
