Manchester United tussle with Real Madrid for a 12-goal Argentine, while details emerge of Arsenal’s contract talks with David Luiz – all in the latest Paper Talk.

MAN UTD CHASE LUCAS OCAMPOS

Manchester United are to battle with Real Madrid for the signing of Sevilla winger Lucas Ocampos, according to reports.

The Argentina international, who has two goals in three games for his country, has also scored 12 for his LaLiga side this term.

Previous reports have suggested Arsenal are keen on the 25-year-old but, according to the Sunday Mirror, it is United and Madrid who will fight for Ocampos’ signature.

The winger has a year left on his contract, which also features a €70million (£63million) release clause.

However, with the prospect of a free transfer next summer edging closer, the newspaper reports that Sevilla are willing to listen of offers of £45million.

Ocampos’ domestic contributions – which include three assists – have helped Sevilla to almost a third of their goals this season.
