Well, Takumi Minamino leaving Liverpool is looking like a matter of time.

According to French outlet Foot Mercato, Monaco have struck a £13 million agreement to sign the Liverpool winger on a permanent basis this summer.

After agreeing a fee last night, Fabrizio Romano has now revealed that Minamino and the Ligue 1 outfit have reached an agreement in regards to personal terms.
