Bruno Fernandes will be available for Manchester United's next three games having won his red card appeal.
The Red Devils skipper was shown a straight red card in the recent 3-0 defeat to Tottenham just before half-time for a lunge on James Maddison.
While the Portuguese midfielder made contact high up Maddison's leg, it wasn't a studs-up challenge, leading many to feel he was harshly punished.
United subsequently appealed the decision, with Erik ten Hag's side revealing their have won their claim of wrongful dismissal.
A club statement said: "Fernandes was set to miss our league fixtures against Aston Villa, Brentford and West Ham, but will now be available for selection following the successful appeal."

Mikel Arteta is better than legendary Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger at one thing - being ruthless.
That's the opinion of Gunners icon Emmanuel Petit, who won the Premier League and FA Cup under Wenger's tutelage in 1998.
Petit appeared on talkSPORT Drive on Tuesday, where he insisted his former mentor wouldn't have sat back against Manchester City when Arsenal were reduced to ten men, which could have seen them fail to get a result.
Asked by co-host Andy Goldstein what Wenger would have done in the second half, Petit said: "Well, I think every time we had to play a game with Arsene Wenger, the target was to win the game, every single time.
"At home, away as well, for me that wouldn't be a surprise if Arsene was in charge for the game against Manchester City, before we enter on the pitch [for second half], he would have asked us to win that game as well.
"But I think Arteta is better than Arsene in terms of management of being ruthless with his players, this is something for me that makes a huge difference."
Explaining himself, he remarked: "The management of Arteta, for example the [Pierre-Emerick] Aubameyang [situation].
"There is many players as well, it doesn't matter if you the captain or if you have huge players, if you don't follow the rules, the vision he has on the pitch, the unity of the team, then you are out of the team."

Liverpool boss Arne Slot has appeared to make a subtle dig at Manchester United where he failed to name them as a top Premier League side.
The Reds eased to a 3-0 win at Old Trafford last month, with the Red Devils sitting 12th in the table after six games, compared to the Merseyside outfit who are sitting pretty at the top.
Attention has turned as to whether Liverpool can maintain their strong start and remain at the same level in both the top-flight and Champions League.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of Wednesday's clash against Atalanta, Slot said: "One of the reasons we can compete is because we have a lot of quality and I also see a lot of team cohesion in the team.
"So, if we score, I also see the ones who don't play are really happy with us scoring [and] with us winning.
"Those are two really positive things, but I also see things we definitely have to improve if we want to stay where we are with the fixture list coming up.
"Like I said, every fixture [is] really difficult in the Premier League, but everybody tells me that a top league table team is a bit more difficult than a lower league table team, which we can all understand and we haven't faced one of them yet [top ten side].
"So, we have to do things better, but one of the reasons why we can stay up there is because we have a lot of players with a lot of individual quality."

Martin Odegaard is still far from making his return from injury after he was left out of Norway's squad for the October break.
The Arsenal captain has been sidelined since the last round of international fixtures in early September with an ankle injury.
Odegaard limped out of his country's 2-1 win over Austria, with Mikel Arteta since confirming he sustained ligament damage.
The Gunners boss has been very cautious to put a timeline on any potential return for his talismanic midfielder.
However, any hopes of a fast comeback this month have seemingly been dashed by Norway boss Stale Solbakken.
Odegaard was left out of his 23-man selection for the upcoming Nations League games against Slovenia and Austria.
"He is far from being in the squad," Solbakken told reporters.
You know, it's ridiculous."

Southampton defender Jack Stephens has been banned for two matches and fined £50,000 for an expletive rant at an official.
The 30-year-old will miss the Saint's crunch clashes with Premier League title favourites Arsenal, and a relegation six-point showdown against fellow promoted team Leicester.
Stephens was shown a straight red card by referee Stuart Attwell during his side's 3-0 defeat by Manchester United on September 14.
In an FA regulatory commission, the defender admitted launching a swearing tirade at Attwell and his fourth official Gavin Ward.
The latter testified that he was called a “f******little c***", with both men also called a 'c***' by Stephens in the aftermath to the red card.
The player himself issued a 'sincere apology' for his verbal volley, adding: “I bitterly regret my choice of language.
"It is so exciting to see the way these players play, and I am really excited to get to work with them on the training ground."

Former Premier League star Mario Balotelli is considering an offer to sign for a third-division Spanish team, according to reports.
The ex-Manchester City and Liverpool striker has been without a club since parting ways with Turkish club Adana Demirspor.
The 34-year-old's nomadic career has spanned across Europe, including England, France, Turkey, Italy, and Switzerland.
According to AS, he could now be set for his first stint in Spain in what would be his 12th different club.
The report claims that talks with CF Intercity, a club based in Alicante, Spain, are progressing well.
However, the third-tier team already have a maximum squad list so wouldn't be able to register Balotelli until January - despite him being a free agent.
Intercity's current move to go public on the stock market has been listed as a potential factor behind their audacious swoop for the enigmatic Italian, whose arrival would bump up their share price.
The 36-cap Italy international, who was previously linked with a move to Corinthians, scored seven goals in 16 games in the Turkish Super Lig last season.

West Ham sources have played down a dressing room altercation between manager Julen Lopetegui and winger Mohammed Kudus.
Kudus responded angrily after being singled out for criticism by Lopetegui before being hauled off at half-time during Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Brentford.
But talkSPORT understands the Spaniard, who has won only one of his first six Premier League games in charge, is understood to have been encouraged that the Ghanaian’s passionate reaction showed he cared.
West Ham were trailing 1-0 when Kudus was hooked and went on to rescue a much-needed point after their underwhelming start to the season.

Liverpool are sweating on the health of Diogo Jota and Federico Chiesa after both sat out training today.
The attacking duo were both absent from Tuesday’s session at Kirkby ahead of the Reds' home Champions League game against Bologna.
Portuguese international Jota picked up a foot injury in the 2-1 win over his former club Wolves.
The 27-year-old's issue is not thought to be serious, and his absence from the session is considered to be a more precautionary decision.
Chiesa was an unused substitute on Saturday evening, and it is yet to be revealed whether Liverpool are just managing his work-load.
The Italian has struggled with fitness issues in the past and has been bedded in slowly to live at Anfield after little-to-no pre-season.
The good news for Arne Slot is that Darwin Nunez is back from illness, while Andy Robertson was also involved after a small complaint.

John McGinn has been ruled out of Scotland’s Nations League double header, but veteran goalkeeper Craig Gordon has been recalled.
Steve Clarke has confirmed his latest squad for the October international break, where his Tartan Army play Croatia and Portugal.
His vice-captain McGinn has been struggling with injury at Aston Villa, with Scott McKenna and Tommy Conway also sidelined.
Nicky Devlin, Liam Lindsay and Andy Irving have all been called up for the first time, while Che Adams has returned from injury.
However, the headline news is the inclusion of 41-year-old Gordon, who missed out on a place at Euro 2024.
Head coach Clarke said of Gordon's return: "He's the No 1 at Hearts, playing every week.
"Zander [Clark] is obviously on the bench, Liam Kelly is on the bench at Rangers and Robbie McCrorie is on the bench at Kilmarnock.
"So, I need three goalkeepers and what better than to bring Craig back."

Newcastle are considering reviving their interest in Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The Magpies have made numerous attempts to sign Calvert-Lewin, most recently this summer when they baulked at Everton’s £40m asking price.
However, the 27-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season so the Toffees valuation is expected to plummet when the window re-opens in January.
Eddie Howe remains a big fan of Calvert-Lewin and there is a concern Newcastle could be left short-handed in attack

To nobody's surprise, Micky van de Ven is the fastest player in the Premier League this season.
Tottenham's defender has clocked 37.12km/h (23.07mph) already this campaign, after hitting 37.38km/h last year.
"Van de Ven is the best centre-half in the world right now."

Manchester United would consider putting Ruud van Nistelrooy in interim charge if they decide to fire Erik ten Hag.
As talkSPORT reported on Monday, Ten Hag is to remain in charge at least until after Sunday's trip to Aston Villa.
But a repeat of last weekend's sorry showing against Tottenham at Villa Park will leave the new Old Trafford hierarchy with a major decision to make heading into the international break.
While ex-England boss Gareth Southgate is likely to be a leading contender to replace Ten Hag, promoting assistant boss and club legend van Nistelrooy as a short-term option has not been ruled out.
It was noticeable v=Van Nistelrooy, who rejected the manager's job at Burnley to re-join United in the summer, was far less visible on the touchline during the Spurs debacle than he had been in previous matches.
Senior United sources insist the board are calm about the situation, but the expectation within the dressing room is that a change will be made unless results improve quickly.

Former Brighton manager Graham Potter has discussed the process behind the Seagulls' enviable recruitment during his time at the club.
The Englishman was in charge at the Amex for the club's establishment as the team with the best scouting network.
Potter helped bring in Moises Cacideo, Marc Cucurella, and Leandro Trossard whom were all later sold for huge profits.
Several other stars, including Kaoru Mitoma, who was plucked from J-League side Kawasaki Frontale for just £2.7m in 2021, has formed the basis of Fabian Hurzeler's current squad.
Potter told Sky Sports: "Obviously the data guides the process and it is a fantastic tool but at the same time you need an environment and pathway for the players to come into.
"You need to understand sometimes if you're at the bottom half of the Premier League, as a coach, you might need a bit more of a ready now solution, more than a £6m or £7m on a player you don't know of that's coming from South America.
"But you need to be aligned with the club, and understand this is the project.
This is simply about the responsibilities of the player.
"It doesn't mean this is irreversible, but I took the best decision for the team and that is why I signed here, to create a team that has a strong identity and has a lot of character."

The Brazilian summer signing has his first goal for the Cherries after sliding a volley past Aaron Ramsdale.
Evanilson has scored his first Premier League goal for Bournemouth with what was his 10th attempt on goal in the division.
Excluding own goals, only Tottenham (8), Brighton (7) and Arsenal (7) have had more different scorers in the Premier League this season than Bournemouth (5).

Graham Potter has refused to be drawn on links with Manchester United, saying a lot of what’s in the media is ‘untrue and false’.
The ex-Chelsea boss was thought to be one of the leading contenders to replace Erik ten Hag in the summer.
Potter shares a close relationship with sporting director Dan Ashworth from their time working successfully together at Brighton.
Potter has a key ally in Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s right-hand man and former team GB cycling guru Sir Dave Brailsford too.
However, when asked about Old Trafford links, Potter told Sky Sports: “I think what I’ve read so far in the media, a lot of it’s untrue and false.
“I think I’m the only coach in world football that’s been linked with Stoke City and Napoli in the same week!
“I take what the media say with a pinch of salt.
