Well, we've had some technical issues, but the first halves of the Premier League have lived up to expectations.

Crystal Palace are 1-0 up against Liverpool and could and should be more.

Ismaila Sarr has scored the only goal of the game, but the Eagles have been all over Arne Slot's men.

Chelsea are 1-0 up against Brighton thanks to Enzo Fernandez's goal.

Leeds and Bournemouth are playing out a 1-1 draw.

Antoine Semenyo opened the scoring with a free-kick that went under the wall and over the draft excluder before Joe Rodon equalised with a towering header.

Burnley are making the most of it at the Etihad and are holding Manchester City to a 1-1 draw.

We're about 15 minutes into the 3pm kick-offs and at Selhurst Park, there has been a stoppage in play.

He has lost three more of his 33 Premier League games with United (17) than he did in 167 Primeira Liga matches (14).

It all comes crashing down again for Man United...

Ruben Amorim's side came into this game off the back of a win against Chelsea, hoping for consistency.

But they've been beaten again, losing 3-1 to Brentford.

Igor Thiago's double after 20 minutes put the Bees in front after a bright start, but Benjamin Sesko got one back.

It was Sesko's first United goal, but his side couldn't find another and then Mathias Jensen wrapped things up at the end.

Amorim's men drop down to 13th in the Premier League and there will be further pressure heaped on the manager now...

The teams are in for the 3pm kick-offs in the Premier League!

Man United may be losing, but their £74m striker has been involved in a lot more of the action this afternoon.

And after three shots leading up to his goal, he's emulated Cristiano Ronaldo in this first half.

Sesko is the first United player to have 4+ shots on target in the first half of a PL match since Ronaldo against West Ham.

The icon did so for the Red Devils in September 2021.

Igor Thiago is just the second player to score twice in the opening 20 minutes of a Premier League game against Manchester United.

He follows in the footsteps of ex-Red Devils forward Alexis Sanchez, who did so with Arsenal in October 2015.

Man United are all over the place here.

The Brazilian breaks free and perfectly powers a strike into the top corner via the top of the post.

VAR took a look at it and he's just onside...it's very tight!

Man United have now conceded two goals in the first 15 minutes of the first half, no team has let in more this season.

Nuno Espirito Santo is taking training at West Ham today after agreeing terms on a multi-year contract.

Espirito Santo will be in charge on Monday when West Ham travel to face Everton, live on talkSPORT.

Slaven Bilic was also considered, but Nuno was seen as a more suitable long-term replacement for the sacked Graham Potter.

The decision was made by owner David Sullivan during a holiday and Potter informed his shocked players this morning.
